- Demo request form: company name, your name, phone number, email address, number of machines, current tracking method, and preferred demo format.
- Contact form: name, email, phone, company, subject, and message.
- Shoptrak application: production data entered by operators (part names, machine names, shift entries, quantities, idle codes). This is your business data — you own it.
- Account information: name, email, role, and organisation when you register.
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, session duration, browser type, operating system, and IP address.
- Device data: device type, screen resolution, language preference.
